End of Days

Well, it’s my final day here at the Queensland Times, working for the Advertiser and the QT. I’ve been trying to get on to the blog for 5 days now, and after persevering with the same password every day (which Rob told me-cheers Rob), it finally let me on!!! Everyone has been really fantastic here-there are no stupid questions, as Advertiser Editor (and former Jschool student) Gabrielle told me in the first minute of the first day. writing for a professional newspaper is a bit different from writing for the indie, but thank god the atmosphere still remains casual and friendly. I’ve had a few problems coming up with viable story ideas for the local Ipswich residents, but i think my charm smoothed that all over…haha. will post again soon.
